This study investigates the effect of administrative support services on student satisfaction at a private university in the Upper East Region of Ghana. Utilizing a quantitative approach and descriptive research design, the research surveyed 464 students through closed-ended questionnaires. Data analysis was conducted using descriptive statistics and simple linear regression. Findings revealed that students perceive administrative staff as knowledgeable, with a mean score of 3.14, while responsiveness and communication effectiveness received lower scores of 2.73 and 2.59, respectively. A significant relationship was found between administrative support and student satisfaction (r² = 0.033, p < 0.001). The study emphasized that  improved administrative services  enhance student satisfaction and institutional reputation. Recommendations include enhancing staff responsiveness, improving communication, and strengthening academic advising. The research underscores that quality customer service in higher education is crucial for meeting students' expectations and fostering loyalty.
