The North Cameroon region is experiencing excessive load-shedding problems. This work proposes a feasibility study for a project that could strengthen the Northern interconnected network, with a view to ensuring a valid response to the energy demand of the entire sub-region: Chad, Nigeria and even other localities. A technical-economic study was carried out using MATLAB/Simulink software. Other results obtained in HOMER Pro software showed that it is possible to meet this demand. Advanced algorithms were used such as particle swarm optimization to evaluate the size on the one hand, and on the other hand to manage the power flow in the different localities. Climatic data were collected in Guider, Figuil and Garoua for the implementation of this gigantic project.
